I would however, like to thank a few people. Emrah on reception was very helpful as he arranged for us to have an upgrade to a king suite we did pay for the upgrade.

Also Yasemin on reception helped us with the WiFi problem that I seemed to have every day. Finally Selim Kesici was very helpful with another small problem that I had.

Despite all of the problems with the food in the hotel we did have a lovely holiday and we would certainly return to this area again but, no surprises here, we would not stay at this hotel.

Clean and comfortable. Lovely resort. Great rooms and facilities just a few things that would stop me visiting again, not all amenities or access suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The street in has a very steep incline, there are no hand rails to enter or exit the pools and some areas are only accessible by steps such as the beach, amphitheater and pier sundeck.

My family and I have just returned from 10 days at Le Bleu and not only was it the worst holiday of our lives, it was quite literally one of the worst experiences of our lives.

Having now met many of the supposed managers at the hotel, I am quite sure that they will reply to this message with one of their flippant pre-written responses, which is precisely why I will not waste my time listing all of the problems encountered - apart from that, to list absolutely every issue would take far too long and my family and I have already wasted the last 10 days of our lives.

I will instead be putting together a website or Facebook page of my own which will be a true and accurate representation of what this hotel is actually like, including comparative photographs taken on site, alongside the outdated imagery that the hotel use on their own website to advertise the hotel.

At least with a publicly accessible website, people will be able to draw a proper conclusion about whether or not they would like to stay at this hotel and not be swayed by the hotel's own website which is completed inaccurate in both detail and content.

There are so many other wonderful hotels in the area and Kusadasi itself is friendly and welcoming As we were told by three separate members of staff, on three separate occasions - one of them being in a high ranking managerial position - "This hotel is not designed for the English.
