It is too Bad internet connection. We called to the costumer care more than 10 times they told lies that they have fixed,but the connection not work properly,and then we call again and again and asked please can you promise about our connection because of we are doing home office.
But the Unitymedia told ,cannot. I ordered the connection on the 1st of April and already on the 3rd of April, a technician came to connect me.
It worked well and fast for 2 days and then disappeared. From the 6th until the 8th of April, I was without the Internet and accidentally fixed it myself.
However, I called a technician before and he came on the 9th of April and checked everything. I'm glad to use Unitymedia Vodafone now but would be great to get a refund for those 3 days without the Internet.
Their support ignores my messages and doesn't do the refund. This is sad. Terrible service. Even after visiting the stores multiple times and sending email applications to cancel the contract, I am still paying for the internet for the last 5 months which I am not using.
